Speech 9

In Speech, we will explore communication, listening, tone, interviewing, debate, and parliamentary procedure.  Students will write and deliver introductory, persuasive, informative, and impromptu speeches Students will deliver at least one formal speech using a podium and power point presentation.  The approved textbook will be used and I will supplement with outside sources.

Supplies:

1.       2 Inch Notebook with loose paper

2.       Pen or pencil

3.       USB Drive

Grades:

Tests - vocabulary and notes      100 pts  Speech- graded on a Rubric        100 pts
